During our Amsterdam event, Holcim’s journey demonstrated the power of aligning objectives across Finance, HR and Risk to centralise benefits management. A key element of Holcim’s approach was its financing strategy, driven through the company’s captive. By leveraging the captive, Holcim was able to avoid cost volatility and secure long-term sustainable pricing across the globe. This stability is increasingly commercial in nature, enabling consistent year-on-year planning and reinforcing Holcim’s NextGen Growth 2030 strategy.
