    Lecitrailer ha puesto en marcha en su fábrica de Zaragoza una instalación robotizada de soldadura que supone un salto cualitativo en sus procesos de producción, aportando mayor precisión, rapidez y flexibilidad. Se trata de un sistema único compuesto por tres estaciones independientes que comparten un mismo carril longitudinal. Gracias a ello, las tres columnas robóticas pueden desplazarse y adaptarse a las diferentes fases del trabajo. Esta flexibilidad permite que, en una misma estación, puedan trabajar dos o incluso tres robots de manera simultánea, garantizando así una mayor rapidez y precisión en los procesos. Together with the two previously integrated columns, this large-scale welding system forms a 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 for drum welding.   ✅𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – three specialized columns streamline the flow by performing dedicated tasks at each stage of the process. ✅𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 & 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 – preset parameters and real-time monitoring ensure perfect repeatability, fewer defects, and improved safety. ✅𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 – our facility can now produce up to 𝟓𝟎𝟎 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 with drum diameters of up to 5 meters. 💡🔜𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭?
