🇺🇸 📑 #RSNA2025 update: a new pediatric fracture study evaluating the Rayvolve® AZtrauma module has just been published in Academic Radiology. This multicenter study from SimonMed Imaging was led by Dr. Sean Raj, MD, MBA, with co-authors Dr. Barry Sadegi MD and Dr. John Simon, MD. In a standalone evaluation of 3,016 pediatric MSK radiographs from 4 imaging centers, using a reference standard defined by 3 pediatric MSK radiologists, the AI achieved: 👉 96% sensitivity / patient 👉 86% specificity / patient 👉 97% negative predictive value (NPV) A separate MRMC study on 189 patients with 20 readers (MSK/pediatric specialists and non-specialists) showed that adding AZtrauma: 👉 Increased sensitivity from 86% to 93% 👉 Increased NPV from 92% to 96% 👉 Improved AUC from 93% to 96% 👉 Reduced reading time by 26% The Rayvolve® AI Suite is built to deliver this level of performance in routine pediatric MSK imaging, supporting both specialist and non-specialist readers. 🤝 AZmed and INCEPTO have formalized a partnership that brings the Rayvolve® AI Suite natively into the INCEPTO platform. Existing and newly onboarded INCEPTO sites can now deploy AZmed’s tools without any additional interfaces or workflow changes. The integration gives radiologists and clinicians access to AZtrauma, AZchest, AZmeasure, and AZboneage directly from PACS with no extra steps.
