Tonight, we are celebrating the 11th edition of the “emeis Excellence Awards”, an opportunity to honour the most innovative projects from emeis teams in France and around the world. Innovation is not a posture: it is a mindset, it means thinking outside the box. By sharing, spreading, and amplifying these initiatives, we help the entire Group move forward, site by site, profession by profession, while always keeping in mind the well-being of our patients, residents, and beneficiaries. With nearly 140 projects from our 10 countries — 30 more than last year — this edition reflects the dynamism of our teams both in our facilities and at headquarters. Whether it’s medical innovation, social innovation, operational performance, or sustainable development, these projects demonstrate the diversity of our expertise and our ability to propose concrete, replicable solutions.
