Last month, we were honoured to welcome two remarkable visitors: a young boy from Make-A-Wish Hong Kong, an organisation that grants life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses, and Chen Tsz Kin, a teenager living with muscular dystrophy, joined by a group of his friends. It was our privilege to help turn their dreams into reality by guiding them on specially curated tours of restricted areas in both Cathay City and HAECO. Discover how our dedicated team helped make their cherished wishes come true. The shared stories and unrelenting spirit of our guests deeply inspire us, serving as a powerful reminder of why we are dedicated to supporting those in need. These special moments reaffirm our ongoing commitment to being a positive force in our communities. Much like travel, music connects people. We are proud to continue our role as the Asian Youth Orchestra (AYO)’s Official Travel Sponsor, supporting young talents since the Orchestra’s founding in 1990. This year marks a special milestone: AYO’s 35th anniversary. Over the past four weeks, the Orchestra has journeyed across 13 cities in Asia, performing 16 concerts — including three shows in Hong Kong, captivating international audiences with their passion and talent. Supporting youth development, arts, and culture is at the heart of Cathay. It is an honour to play a part in helping these gifted musicians connect the world through their talent.
