  • Celebrating Diversity: Tihar Festival Brings Teams Together    At Dragages Hong Kong, where Nepalese colleagues form more than one-third of our workforce, the celebration of Tihar holds special significance. Recently, our team hosted a vibrant event that brought together colleagues from all departments.  The celebration saw our colleagues trading their uniform for traditional dress, including sarees and chaubandi cholo, creating a beautiful tapestry of cultural expression.     Colleagues from different teams united to perform the traditional Deusi and Bhailo songs, sharing blessings and cultural heritage through their performances. The event featured traditional gift-giving ceremonies with diyas and sweets, symbolising prosperity and good fortune. The celebration reached its peak when our management team joined in, emphasizing our commitment to inclusivity through shared songs and celebrations. We believe that embracing different cultures and traditions creates a stronger, more innovative workplace. Events like these remind us that our differences make us stronger, and our shared celebrations make us one team. तिहारको शुभकामना (Happy Tihar)! #InclusiveWorkplace #Construction #TeamSpirit #DragagesHK

  • <Building for 70 Years> Kwun Tong Bypass Project   The Kwun Tong Bypass was designed to avoid the busy Kwun Tong town centre. It serves as a major arterial route linking areas such as the New Territories East, San Po Kong, and Kowloon Bay to Tseung Kwan O and the eastern part of Hong Kong Island. With an average daily traffic volume of over 110,000 vehicles, it is among the busiest highways in Kowloon. Our headquarters is located right beside the Kwun Tong Bypass, a project we proudly built in the 1980s. We take great pride in contributing to our beloved city, Hong Kong, by truly realizing our vision of “Building for Connectivity.” #DragagesHK70 #Throwback #Construction #BridgeBuilding #HongKong
