It wasn’t just about implementing technology. It was about 𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐬, 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, and 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐮𝐩 when it got tough.
