Un racconto di lavoro, di innovazione e, soprattutto, di persone. Entrato in azienda a vent’anni, ha costruito un’impresa fondata su due pilastri che ancora oggi definiscono Fluid-o-Tech Group: 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐞. Negli anni ’70, quando molti vedevano la tecnologia come una minaccia, aveva già intuito che innovare non significava togliere lavoro, ma renderlo più dignitoso. Guardando le persone in officina capiva che non poteva ridursi tutto a caricare e scaricare una macchina: introdurre automazioni e controllo numerico serviva a liberare spazio per 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚̀ 𝐩𝐢𝐮̀ 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞, per permettere a ciascuno di 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞.
