Introducing Frank Spikker as our new CEO Frank brings a wealth of experience in brand, manufacturing, and global businesses. His expertise in strategic growth will be instrumental in guiding Vanquish Yachts through this important period of expansion. With Frank at the helm, and supported by a capable management team, we are confident in achieving our strategic goals and ensuring a seamless transition. A Special Thanks to Freek de Haas Freek, founder of Esses Capital Partners and one of our shareholders, has been instrumental as Interim CEO. His leadership has been pivotal in our recent growth phase, and we are grateful for his contributions. Freek will assume the role of Head of Vanquish Yachts' Advisory Board.   Vanquish Yachts remains at the forefront of the luxury yacht industry, focusing on superior design, customization, and performance. Vanquish Yachts is excited to announce key changes in its leadership team to support the company's continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional sailing experiences.   In response to the increasing demand and evolving market, Vanquish Yachts is pleased to introduce Sander Mars as the new Head of Business Development for the Mediterranean region, where he will expand Vanquish’ platform for high-end services with our existing and with new partners. Sander’s appointment underscores the company's dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Sander served as our COO for over 5 years. Under his leadership, our shipyard in Marknesse, the Netherlands grew with a stunning 10 times in size. With Sander’s extensive experience in yacht service and maintenance, Sander will oversee operations and ensure that Vanquish’s Mediterranean clients receive unparalleled support and service.   Freek de Haas, founder of investment firm Esses Capital Partners, one of Vanquishs’ shareholders, will step into the role of Interim CEO. Freek’s deep understanding of Vanquish Yachts, combined with his extensive expertise in finance and strategic growth, will be instrumental in guiding the company through this important period of further expansion. Freek brings a wealth of experience to the table, ensuring a seamless transition and sustained focus on Vanquish’s strategic goals.   Tom Steentjes, the visionary founder of Vanquish Yachts, will shift his focus primarily to the USA market as well as design and engineering innovations. Tom’s dedication to enhancing the design and customization of Vanquish’s aluminum yachts remains unwavering. His expertise will be leading in driving forward the company’s commitment to delivering strong, custom-designed yachts that offer unparalleled sailing fun and performance.   Johan van der Linden, Vanquish’ corner stone in production, assumes the role of COO. Johan brings tons of experience in yacht production to ensure all our yachts meet the Vanquish premium quality standards whilst increasing our production capacity.
