About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong data analysis expertise and advanced SQL skills to join a major data transformation programme. This role requires someone who can manage multiple workstreams, prioritise workloads effectively, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for data governance and cataloguing initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define data standards and ensure alignment across projects.
• Perform complex data analysis using SQL to support decision-making and validate data quality.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of master data frameworks and data governance processes.
• Support the development and maintenance of data catalogues and metadata management solutions.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple streams of work, ensuring timely delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-focused projects.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with data governance, data cataloguing, and master data management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable

• Familiarity with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, or similar).
• Experience in large-scale data transformation programmes.
