💥 Today is no ordinary day - it’s a very special milestone for Kaelus! 💥 Here’s a proud glimpse of our incredible team from around the world. Six years ago, after the 2019 acquisition, we began a remarkable journey. In early 2020, we took another big step by welcoming the skilled Filtronic telecom antenna operations team and adding base station antenna development to our portfolio. Since then, we've grown, learned, and continued to push innovation in mobile technology solutions even further.   Huge thanks to our amazing team, partners, and customers who've been with us every step of the way. Here’s to many more great years ahead! 🙌 #Anniversary #Innovation #Teamwork #Telecommunications

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗜𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿? (𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲) Our Kaelus compact range is 21×12×10.5 meters with 7.5×7.5 meters reflector and 0.5-6 GHz feeds. It lets us measure large antennas in a controlled field without needing 30-90 meters of physical distance like in free space. Quick Math: 1-meter antenna at 3.5GHz needs approx 25 meters to reach far-field zone. It becomes 70 meters with 2-meter aperture. ❓ Have you noticed a person on the second photo? ❓❓Have you ever been inside an anechoic chamber?

Kaelus at JammerTest2025 – Strengthening GNSS Resilience! We were thrilled to take part in JammerTest, the ultimate open-air trial where GNSS products are pushed to their limits under live jamming and spoofing.   The Kaelus team would like to extend a big thank you to the Jammertest organizers for a fantastic and well-executed event!   This year marked our first participation, and we were proud to bring our dedicated GNSS team and the Kaelus Van all the way from Oulu, Finland.   In today’s telecom landscape, accurate timing and synchronization are more critical than ever to ensure seamless connectivity and secure communications. With growing geopolitical challenges, Kaelus continues to innovate in CRPA and antenna technology to safeguard GNSS signals and protect against malicious interference.   The test site in Norway provided not only an ideal environment for product testing, but also a stunning natural backdrop—ocean views and majestic mountains made the experience unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to next year’s JammerTest! Day 2 at Jammertest and a first update from our jamming crew Fredrik Sundling, Magnus Danielson, Michael Anderson up in Andøya, Norway 🇳🇴 Tests are ongoing with the Zyntai TimeNodes being put through a range of extreme scenarios of GNSS jamming, spoofing and meaconing. Results today and yesterday are as expected with very solid performance, so so far so good! 😊 More in the coming days. And whether or not the jamming had an effect on the Northern Lights remains unclear 😉 Very scenic in any case!! #jammertest #netinsight #zyntai

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐄𝐂𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞'𝐬 𝐀𝐈 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 & 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐈𝐌 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 Recently, at an AFL Enterprise Services - Optical Telecom Division-owned venue with numerous sectors, a complex challenge emerged after all infrastructure testing was completed. Despite passing segment sweep tests, system sweep tests, segment PIM tests, and system PIM tests to load, a significant issue arose when carriers integrated their basebands and activated the network. The carriers' radios reported a dramatic increase in 𝐮𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐧𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞. After analyzing the results and conducting several days of traditional PIM troubleshooting—including loading antennas by using lifts and testing for PIM to isolate internal versus external PIM using 1-port PIM equipment—the team could not determine the source of the interference. In a typical 8-antenna system, this troubleshooting process can take days to identify the root cause. The situation became even more complex when noise levels increased in 𝐂-𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬. Since C-Band deployment in the US uses TDD (Time Division Duplex), it cannot generate PIM by itself. However, intermodulation between other carriers can sometimes cause interference concerns for C-Band operations. When this problem was escalated to ECSite, the company offered to assist with the troubleshooting process using its patent-pending PIM identification technology powered by the Kaelus 2-port iXA equipment. AFL's forward-thinking approach to solving customer problems by adopting the latest technology and delivering high-functional networks on time is unparalleled—making them an ideal partner for deploying innovative solutions. ECSite's AI software controlled the iXA device, collected data, and processed, analyzed & visualized the information in real-time while technicians were on-site. The key advantage of this approach is that antennas could remain in place without requiring replacement with loads, while still accurately identifying PIM source locations—determining whether they were internal or external and calculating the distance to any PIM sources. This innovative approach transformed what would typically require 3-4 days of troubleshooting per system using traditional methods into a process that took just minutes per system, resulting in significant time and cost savings.
