This week, we welcomed our People Leaders to the latest instalment of COS Sessions - an internal series designed to connect, inspire and empower our community. Together, we explored what it really means to lead at COS - how finding the balance between outcome and care can strengthen decision-making and drive real impact. From practical leadership behaviours to fresh ways of collaborating, the day was all about learning, sharing and growing as one team.
