Very excited to share a first look at our Collective Impact podcast. Alongside our mini-documentary series of the same name, we are launching the podcast in 2026, and we were honored to kick it off with the extraordinary Mindy Grossman 🤩 Mindy is Partner and Vice Chair at Consello and a high-energy leader known for transforming global consumer brands. She previously served as President and CEO of WW, where she led its evolution into a holistic, digital-forward wellness company. Before that, she was CEO of HSNi, overseeing its 4B dollar direct-to-consumer portfolio and taking IAC Retail public as HSNi. Her career includes senior roles at Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Polo Jeans, Warnaco, Tommy Hilfiger, and Oxford Industries, and she has been recognized as one of Forbes’ 100 Most Powerful Women. Our debut episode features an inspiring conversation with Mindy, joined by Marjella Lecourt-Alma and board member Sandy Nessing as co-hosts. Mindy spoke with passion and candor about leading through uncertainty, driving transformation, responsible business, company culture, bold decision-making, and her journey as a female leader.
