We’re pleased to see that Financial Services Compensation Scheme have increased their deposit protection limit to £120,000 starting from 1st December 2025.    This enhanced level of protection strengthens trust in the UK’s financial services landscape and ensures that a greater proportion of our members’ savings is automatically safeguarded.   In addition, the FSCS has increased cover for temporary high balances to £1.4 million for up to six months. This is particularly relevant during significant financial events such as property transactions, inheritances or substantial insurance settlements.   At esbs, we welcome these changes. We’re excited to announce the launch of three brand-new Online Notice Accounts, giving our members a new digital way to save.   Available in 90-day, 120-day, and 180-day options, each account offers a attractive interest rate, with the 180-day option including a special bonus if it’s kept open for a full year.   These account can be opened and managed entirely online via email, making them especially convenient for those who prefer to handle their finances remotely.
