    Three years on from our inaugural HayDay, when just 30 of us squeezed into the old basement HQ, new times beckon. Last week, more than 100 of us came together at Carrow Road, home of Norwich City Football Club, for our latest HayDay. What started as a small gathering to share stories and goals has become a defining moment in our company rhythm. HayDays are always about celebrating milestones — but this one felt different. It marked the start of a new and momentous chapter. Since our last HayDay, we’ve: ⚡ Welcomed a wave of new teammates — and hired some of the best leadership talent in financial services 🏡 Launched our mainstream brand Picnic 💻 Delivered major upgrades to Haya, our proprietary platform powering 100%+ YoY revenue growth 🤝 Secured a tier-one investor and transformational strategic partnership (to be announced soon) We’ve gone from scrappy beginnings to a national platform trusted by major partners and investors, but the ambition is only getting bigger. We were also privileged to hear from Joe Townsend — former Royal Marine and Paralympian, whose story of overcoming life-changing injuries in Afghanistan to become a world-class athlete and Ironman was deeply moving.     We’re thrilled to announce that Kerry-Ann Davies has joined Haysto as a Senior Sales Manager. Reporting into Alexander Winn, Director of Operations, Kerry brings more than 20 years of experience leading high-performing sales and mortgage teams across the financial services and property industries. Kerry joins us from Spicerhaart, where she most recently served as Estate Agency Director, leading 15 locations across Cheshire and Staffordshire. Deen brings over 15 years of experience in financial services and regulated markets. He spent more than a decade at Lowell Group, helping scale the business from 45 to 2,000 people and running a 200+ seat sales centre. He holds a degree in Engineering Management and is a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.     Torrential rain and countless stinging blisters weren’t enough to stop us on our inaugural Haysto Hike! Our two groups of walking warriors—one in Norfolk and one between Bristol and Bath—bravely ignored the weather and their aching feet to complete their 26-mile marathons (along with a few of their four-legged friends). In the process, we’ve managed to raise £2,272 for The Benjamin Foundation, a Norwich-based charity which does so much to support young people and families across East Anglia. The services provided by The Benjamin Foundation include tackling youth loneliness, childcare facilities, raising awareness of mental health issues and housing support for people experiencing homelessness. Our aim for this venture was to come together as a group, challenge ourselves to our limits, have plenty of laughs along the way, and make some memories that will stay with us. All in the knowledge that we were supporting such a great cause. It’s safe to say we ticked every box. Everyone involved should feel immensely proud of their efforts.
