The Thanet District Health Alliance has launched the Health Innovation Fund, offering grants of up to £10,000 for community projects that improve mental health, wellbeing, or frailty prevention. We’re looking for ideas that support adults (18+) in Thanet, particularly those not currently engaging with existing services. Applications close 15 December. The Folkestone and Hythe District Health Alliance has launched the second wave of the Health Innovation Fund, now open for applications. Grants of up to £15,000 are available for community projects that aim to improve mental health or increase physical activity for children, young people and adults in Lydd and New Romney.
