What is your best memory from the Graduate Engineering Engagement Programme (GEEP)? Today, we are asking GEEP alumni to revisit their best moments from the last decade, as we celebrate 10 years of the programme with an exclusive event at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). With GEEP alumni, industry partners and stakeholders joining us for the occasion, we are delighted to be able to mark this special milestone with the people who made it possible. GEEP is an award-winning programme designed to make the engineering profession more diverse and inclusive. It aims to increase the transition of engineering graduates from diverse backgrounds into engineering employment. Over the last 10 years, more than 1800 students from over 70 universities have taken part in the programme. Of the students involved in GEEP, 30% are women and over 90% are from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds. Are you GEEP alumni or a GEEP industry partner? In the comments, let us know your memories and career highlights from being on the GEEP programme.
