UK Athletics 10-Mile Championships to Be Staged at AJ Bell Great South Run 🏃♀️🏃♂️ With two months to go until the 2025 AJ Bell Great South Run, The Great Run Company and UK Athletics are pleased to announce the return of the UK Athletics 10-Mile Championship event on the road. The UK Athletics 10-Mile Championships will be held at the Great South Run, the world’s favourite 10-mile race, for the first time on Sunday 19 October 2025. jack buckner, Chief Executive of UK Athletics, said: “We’re thrilled to reaffirm our partnership with The Great Run Company and bring the UK Athletics 10-Mile Championships to the 2025 AJ Bell Great South Run. 💬 “The Great South Run continues to be a fantastic celebration of British running in the UK, with this year's offering top distance runners the chance to experience the stunning south coast. This event will play an important role in developing British athletic talent, helping them prepare for success."
