As we come to the end of 2025 I would like to give a big thankyou to all the companies, IR’s, PR firms, corporates and brokers that Yellowstone has worked with throughout 2025. Your support is very much appreciated and has contributed to our most successful year since the business was founded 9 years ago. It really has been very satisfying to see so many things come together this year. We worked with over 30 listed companies connecting them with capital from institutions, family offices and HNW investors. Over 150 investor meetings were organised and we helped raise over £30million for listed and private companies. Our private investor evenings, where companies can meet private investors and family office investors face to face to share their investment case and strategy, were more popular than ever and we plan to organise more of these next year. We all know that webinars are brilliant to improve access to companies but these face to face events are a great addition to any IR strategy as, especially for smaller companies, private investors provide a very important pool of capital. The UK market produced a very encouraging performance with The FTSE100 index rising over 20% during 2025 and even the FTSEAIM100 index rose 5%. This despite the prolonged negative flows from UK focussed funds as reported by Calastone. Hard to believe but 2025 is shaping up to be the 10th consecutive year of fund outflows – you do wonder for how long this can continue and whether we may have passed peak pessimism. Imagine what would happen if those pesky actuaries thought about increasing allocations to UK equities…! Fund managers, Paul Jourdan and Gregor Paterson, who run the Amati UK Smaller Companies fund, commented in their recent update. “I think we have a pretty good level of optimism that we’ve reached probably peak distress in UK small cap. And its going to take only a few relatively small changes of the wind to start creating a much more positive trend next year.” I share those views and am hopeful a small change in sentiment will have a big impact on the UK smaller companies market next year. Not least because UK companies are great value and especially so the smaller companies. We also have the prospect of a number of further interest rate cuts in 2026 which should help economic growth pick up and improve sentiment. Wishing you health and wealth for 2026 #investorrelations #IR #privateinvestors #familyoffice #ukequities

This week there were three events where private investors had the opportunity to meet company management teams to hear the investment case first hand. Its important to private investors to have that interaction and the opportunity to ask their questions as they build up their understanding of a company. All companies should be interested in attracting private investors to their register and its especially important for those companies outside of the FTSE350 as private investors are a really important source of liquidity. The Yellowstone Advisory Private Investor Evening on Wednesday, hosted at the offices of Hudson Sandler, was an opportunity to hear from Skillcast Group plc, Ramsdens Financial Limited, Time Finance and Kenmare Resources Plc Resources. Many thanks to Vivek Dodd , Richard Steele, Peter Kenyon , Martin Clyburn , Edward Rimmer , James Roberts and Tom Hickey for presenting. Thank you to all the private investors who attended. Hopefully next weeks budget will include some incentives to encourage further investment in the #UKequity market which offers exceptional value compared to most other world markets. I’ve been talking to industry experts this week and a number were quietly confident that changes to the ISA regime will support more flows into UK shares which cannot come too soon. Future events connecting listed #UKcompanies and #privateinvestors, #familiyoffices and #HNW’s are planned for 2026 with the following dates confirmed in the diary: 25 February, 18 March , 13 May, 24 June, 16 September and 11 November. Yellowstone Advisory have just hosted their latest Private Investor Evening at the offices of Hudson Sandler on Charterhouse Square. These events are great opportunities for listed companies to present their investment case to private investors face to face in a relaxed environment. There were presentations from International Airlines Group (IAG) (World class On Time Performance across their brands), MP Evans Group plc (MPE) (35 years of maintaining or increasing dividends), Central Asia Metals PLC (Announced over $400m of returns to shareholders since IPO) and Haydale ( Key product “Just Heat” is the future of energy efficient, low carbon heating). Lots of questions post the presentations and it’s a great opportunity for investors to find more out about companies and for companies to better understand their private investor base. Many thanks to David Pitura of IAG, Matthew Coulson of MP Evans, Gavin Ferrar of CAML and Simon Turek of Haydale for presenting. Many thanks also to Nick Moore and all the team at Hudson Sandler for their hard work ensuring the smooth running of the evening. Future events connecting listed #UKcompanies and #privateinvestrs, #familiyoffices and #HNW’s are planned for 22 October and 19 November.
