We talk a lot about agentic AI in terms of cost and scale, but one of its most meaningful impacts shows up in people. 👨🏾🤝👨🏼 When AI agents take on the repetitive execution work, teams are freed up to spend more time deciding and shaping what comes next. It shifts the centre of gravity from doing → thinking. And in places like the Nordics, organisations are actually using this as a success metric. Not “How much work was automated?” but “Did work become more meaningful?” As Ashok Saxena, Infosys, has seen firsthand: “ AI is not just about reducing headcount, it’s transforming roles. Tasks are shifting from manual execution to strategic oversight and reviewing AI-driven outcomes.
