  • After years of working on healthcare projects, including initiatives like XL Care, we sought to apply our knowledge to address a real problem in the healthcare journey. This led to the creation of REDI, an AI-powered assistant designed to enhance appointment preparation and improve patient outcomes. REDI helps users by: • Organizing symptoms and context into a clear summary • Assisting in formulating key questions for doctors • Providing clarity and structure to empower both patients and healthcare professionals, without replacing clinical expertise We developed REDI to help individuals enter medical consultations with confidence, understanding, and the right information, fostering empowerment and respect in their healthcare experience. 🎥 Here’s the story behind how it all began. #Healthcare #AI #Innovation #PatientExperience #ProductDevelopment #Xmartlabs #REDI

Healthcare faces so many challenges in the U.S. You’ve heard the saying: “the incentives aren’t aligned.” That is especially true in women’s health, where decades of misaligned incentives, underrepresented medical research, and misunderstanding of biology has led to a lack of resources—and a wealth of opportunities. That’s why we’re hosting Monetizing Your Women’s Digital Health product, a virtual panel on Friday, December 5, alongside our partners at Stripe. It’s a conversation from some of the brightest innovators across women’s health: Carla Pagotto, Commercialization Consultant Jennifer Gibson, Fractional COO (currently at Wiggl) Lizzy Palmer, Founder of Sync N Marianna Kerppola, Founder of Moment for Parents Despite the many opportunities in women’s health, there are still many obstacles. We’ll explore how to monetize products in areas historically dismissed as irrelevant or niche. Our panel of female founders, market strategists, and healthcare experts will map different paths to monetization and how to build against all odds. Sign up and join us for this overdue conversation. #healthcare #womenshealth #founders #startup #product

Last week, our GTM team completed the final US trip of the year. Agustín spent two intense weeks in San Diego and San Francisco, reconnecting with the healthtech ecosystem and opening new opportunities for 2025 and beyond. The trip included participating in AIMed, a leading conference at the intersection of Healthcare and Artificial Intelligence, hosting events and demoing Redi, as well as catching up with our SF community. We had a strong finish to the year and are looking forward to an even stronger start in the coming months.

  • Miguel Revetria joined Xmartlabs when we were still a small startup, and his path since then reflects what growth looks like in a high-impact engineering environment. He moved through web, native mobile, cross-platform, and finally backend, building apps for local clients, collaborating with US teams, and working on high-quality products like Etleap. Today, as a Staff Engineer, he drives architecture decisions, mentors developers, and helps deliver solutions that truly scale. 🚀 A true example of growing with the company and helping shape it along the way.

  • Redi’s UX process was extensive, and this first part focuses on the foundation of the product. We began by deeply understanding patient needs, acknowledging the emotional moments that shape every healthcare interaction, grounding decisions in real-world clinical logic, designing with transparency in mind, and empowering users to stay in control of their health data. 👉 The principles that guided the initial phases of Redi's design can be explored further at the link in the first comment. You can also download Redi from the App Store or Google Play.

As data continues to grow as one of the most valuable assets for companies, the ability to extract, structure, and interpret it efficiently becomes a real competitive advantage. In this article, Gastón breaks down how Large Language Models can radically transform PDF processing and help teams unlock insights hidden in unstructured information. 👉 Check out the full post in the first comment!
