At Activate, we partner with some of the world’s most recognizable brands to create experiences that truly connect. We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director who’s ready to make an impact at that scale — shaping ideas, leading creatives, and bringing powerful campaigns to life.

Everyone is predicting the end and reporting on the worst. Entry level jobs in advertising are being eliminated. And AI is coming for more. And while that might be true at some places, it isn’t here and it isn't now. Not only did we continue our Marty residence program, but we grew it. And we did it with the intention of hiring as many of them as possible at the end of the summer. So, I’m going to do some of my own reporting and announce that even with all the doom and gloom, we were able to hire more than half our summer interns. Jamét Jackson, Kendall John Combs, Riley Lachance, Darien Games, Laura Farina, Deepti M, Maya Sardar, Ginny Beringer, Claire Snyder and Walid Al-Tinawi are staying on full time to help shape the next chapter of The Martin Agency.
