Celebrating the Career of Cindy Dillard! Please join us in honoring the extraordinary career and well-earned retirement of Cindy Dillard, a foundational leader and cherished colleague at Add Source Group (“ASG”). Cindy has been with ASG since its formative years, where her leadership helped shape the very core of our organization. From establishing our initial compensation structures and benefit plans to refining internal management processes, her influence has been both strategic and deeply personal. Her versatility and commitment to excellence led her into client-facing roles, including serving as Chief Accounting Officer and HR Executive for Great Western Petroleum in 2021, and most recently, as Interim Chief Financial Officer for the Birmingham YWCA in 2024. Before joining ASG, Cindy built a distinguished 30-year career at Energen Corporation, where she held several senior leadership roles. These included Vice President of Administration—overseeing Human Resources, Internal Audit, and External Affairs—Controller of Energen Resources for nine years, and Director of Insurance and Benefits for another nine. A proud graduate of Auburn University and Certified Public Accountant in the State of Alabama, Cindy has always led with integrity, wisdom, and grace. Her legacy is not only in the systems she built or the roles she held, but also in the lives she touched. As one of her retirement gifts so beautifully stated: “Never forget you are the piece that made the difference. Thank you for the work you did, the person you are, and the difference you made.” Cindy, your God-honoring work has left a lasting impact on our company, our clients, and each of us personally. We are better because of you, and we know your legacy will continue to inspire in retirement and beyond.

Friendship is the sweetest influence. We’re excited and grateful to welcome Emily Key to the Add Source Group team as our new Accounting Manager. It’s a privilege to work alongside a friend not just once, but twice in a career journey—from our time at PwC to now at Add Source Group. Emily is a CPA with over nine years of experience in both public and corporate accounting. She brings a strong blend of professionalism, drive, and sharp analytical skills, along with exceptional communication and research abilities. Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their three children. Embracing the flexibility we value at Add Source Group, she pursues her passion for tennis, competing at the 4.5 level and serving as Treasurer for the Softcourt Tennis League of Birmingham. We’re thrilled to have her on board—welcome, Emily!

Add Source Group, LLC is pleased to welcome Mark Mulloy, CPA to the ASG family as a Senior Manager!    Mark is a CPA with over 12 years of professional experience, including nearly a decade in Big Four tax public accounting. Mark is a self-starting, dynamic business professional with expertise in both public and private company financial reporting; ASC 740 income tax accounting; ASC 805 GAAP purchase accounting and related tax impacts; and federal, international, and state/local income & franchise tax compliance for both corporations and partnerships. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master's of Accountancy in Tax, both from the University of Tennessee.     In addition to Mark’s extensive tax and accounting experience, his strengths include time and process management, professional communication, and leadership, making him a valuable asset to our team!    Welcome, Mark!

We are thrilled to welcome John Will Graham, CPA and Rebecca Hiller Moore to Add Source Group! John Will brings extensive experience in both public accounting and industry, with expertise in financial operations, strategic analysis, and process improvement. His background will be a valuable asset to our team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mississippi College, a Master of Accountancy from Auburn University, and is currently pursuing an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Christian University. Rebecca joins us with over 20 years of experience in public and corporate accounting. Her skillset includes financial planning, analysis, reporting, and accounting across insurance, media, and professional services industries. She has a strong track record of leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, consistently delivering results in high-pressure environments. Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Auburn University and her Master’s from the University of Southern California. We are excited to have John Will and Rebecca on board!
