The James G. Johnson Swift Eagle People of the Willow Activity Center is well on its way to becoming a true centerpiece for Mandaree, ND. Spanning nearly 94,000 SF, the facility will serve as a gathering place that promotes recreation while also celebrating the traditions and values of the MHA Nation – West Segment. The building, designed by Brunton Architects, draws inspiration from the form of an earth lodge and overlooks Eagle’s Nest Butte, a landmark known as “The White Lodge that Stands” which was historically used as a guidepost for the MHA people. Inside, the design celebrates the circle of life, with colors and materials that flow through the four seasons. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to reflect the history and culture of the MHA Nation. It’s truly an honor to help bring this vision to life for the MHA Nation. Work has begun on the Methodist Landmark Hospital emergency room expansion in San Antonio, Texas! Designed by LK Design Group, this project will add 1,850 square feet, six new patient beds, and a modernized infrastructure, allowing the hospital to better serve its increasing volume of emergency cases, improve patient flow, alleviate overcrowding and enhance the overall quality of care. We’re honored to help Methodist Landmark Hospital enhance its ability to deliver high-quality care in Central Texas, with completion targeted for late 2026. Here are a few facts about Xavier: ⭐ What do you like about your role at AP? My favorite thing about my role is that I can be out in the field and coordinate with trade partners on different issues and get to understand how the different parts of the building work together. ⭐ What is a skill you’d most like to learn? I personally like to fix anything that I can, so I’d like to learn more about the electrical trade through sit-downs with our electricians. ⭐ What’s your favorite AP project and why? My current project – the Cross Creek Behavioral Health Hospital. I’m proud that we have successfully worked through challenges, making our team stronger and more confident in the work we are building. ⭐ What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received and try to live?
