We're celebrating nurse, Hannah Broussard, RN, for bringing peace and comfort when it mattered most. When a patient transitioned to comfort care on October 10, Hannah Broussard stepped in with compassion, clarity, and calm. She immediately advocated for the patient’s dignity and coordinated with our palliative care team to ensure a seamless, thoughtful experience for everyone involved. Hannah’s care went beyond clinical excellence. She met the patient’s needs with both medical and non-medical support, and her reassuring presence helped create a sense of peace in a moment that was anything but easy. She also offered emotional and spiritual support to the patient’s family—helping them understand and embrace the journey with grace and courage. Hannah truly lived out our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ. AdventHealth Medical Group is pleased to welcome Tiffany Robertson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, to the AdventHealth Multispecialty Clinic Foothills team in Polk County. Tiffany brings more than a decade of nursing experience across acute care, hospice, rehabilitation and primary care. She earned her MSN–FNP from Walden University and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her approach is rooted in whole-person care and partnership. “I strive to meet people where they are and co-create goals of care,” she shared. “Listening helps us understand what matters to each individual.” Her return to AdventHealth and the community she loves strengthens our commitment to expanding access to compassionate, faith-based care close to home.
