This Thanksgiving, we're grateful for our Ally teammates. Your #DoItRight spirit and commitment are at the heart of our mission to be our customers’ greatest financial ally.

Our Asian/Middle Eastern ALLYs brought Diwali to the Ally Charlotte Center with an event filled with food, music and activities (including a henna tattoo station!). The gathering showcased the power of culture, connection, and creating spaces where everyone feels seen and valued. We’re grateful for the teams and partners who helped make this moment possible. 

Inspired by President Jimmy Carter's legacy of giving back, Ally committed to volunteering 1,500 hours with Habitat for Humanity in 2025. We are incredibly proud to announce that our team has met this goal, making this Giving Back Month even more special! Through building homes and supporting ReStore operations, Ally employees have honored President Carter's spirit by helping to empower individuals and communities. This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to making a positive impact and fostering stronger communities.

Thanks to the United Way of SE Michigan and Tech United, our Ally Tech team had the privilege of engaging with hundreds of elementary students during their STEMPossible field trip to the Michigan Science Center. Nearly 600 fourth and fifth graders spent the day exploring a variety of hands-on STEM activities, including the “Ally Space Race” where students could design and launch their own virtual rockets using a popular gaming platform. With the support of dedicated Ally volunteers, kids tackled these interactive challenges, building their STEM skills and fueling their curiosity. It was inspiring to watch so many young minds “blast off” into the exciting world of STEM!

We present to you… #AllyHouse! This is a first-of-its-kind experience and activation at the NWSL Championship Weekend in San Jose! We've transformed a building into a vibrant hub, offering fans free food, drinks, exclusive player meet-and-greets with NWSL legends, live podcasts, and limited-edition merch. This immersive event, running November 21-22, embodies Ally's mission to drive women’s sports forward. We're excited to deliver an unforgettable weekend, connecting fans with their favorite teams and players. 

We're still buzzing from the energy at this basketball clinic, part of the exciting lead-up to the #AllyTipoff, where 50 dedicated student athletes from CMS Schools came to West Mecklenburg for a day of learning and inspiration. A massive thank you to NC State's players, Zoe Brooks and Khamil Pierre, who gave their time to participate in a lively Q&A, offering advice and encouragement to our young attendees. The Jacksonville Women ALLYs recently hosted a powerful vision board event focused on setting goals for 2026. The event served as a reminder to our teammates that growth starts with intention. As members shared their dreams and future plans, everyone took time to “Review, Reflect, and Revise” their goals personally and professionally. Special thanks to everyone who made this event such a success. Here’s to a year of Clarity, Connection, and Continuous Evolution!

Today, we take a moment to reflect on the contributions and sacrifices made by those who have served our country. At Ally, we are grateful for the service and dedication of our veterans, both in the military and in our workplace. Their resilience, leadership, and commitment continue to inspire us every day.

At Ally, we're committed to doing our part toward building a more sustainable future. Recent renovations at our Lewisville, Texas office include a 25% more efficient HVAC system, a centralized trash and composting program, and solar panels for our parking lot that can offset nearly 90% of the building's power. We also incorporated native species into the landscape redesign and water-efficient irrigation system to attract pollinators and reduce water usage. These initiatives not only help minimize our environmental footprint but also further our focus on creating healthy workplaces. By investing in these sustainable practices, we aim to lead by example and inspire others to take meaningful steps toward a greener tomorrow.
