...𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿. It's easy to see why -- it's about a platform (Google) that we use every day. We rely on it to give us answers we can trust. But the data from EmbedSocial led to the question: 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘎𝘰𝘰𝘨𝘭𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘸𝘴 𝘪𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘫𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘢𝘳𝘦 5 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘴? 𝗜𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿, 𝘁𝗼𝗼. That circles back around to what we do at BBB and the bigger point: 𝗜𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀. It'll be built by making sense of the good and the bad, showing the full story, not the perfect one. That's why verified reviews matter. Why transparent responses matter. Trust is what we're built on. If you want to get ahead in 2026, show up on the platform people visit when they're looking for trust. 👉 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗕𝗕 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. #BBB #CustomerReviews #CustomerTrust #TrustMatters #BusinessGrowth
🤨 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀? Because the vast majority of them are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. But is it 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 trust when: “Google hosts 73% of all online reviews.” “86% of those are 5-star reviews.” —𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘎𝘰𝘰𝘨𝘭𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘸𝘴 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘣𝘺 𝘌𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘥𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 That’s a flood of perfect scores … and a serious skew. At BBB Great West + Pacific, we ran the numbers on our own 2024 reviews. Only 𝟱𝟬% were 5 stars. That’s not a knock on businesses. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. Because trust doesn’t come from glowing praise alone. It comes from seeing the full picture, with 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘸𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘴: ⭐ A complaint that’s met with a clear, respectful reply ⭐⭐⭐ Shared thoughts on where a business fell short ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Constructive feedback and a business that acts on it Reviews like that build trust. Not every business is perfect all the time. But the most credible ones learn, respond, and grow from honest feedback. So, which platform tells the full story: ☐ The one with mostly perfect scores? 🗹 Or the one with a mix of 1/2/3/4/5-star feedback? #BBB #CustomerReviews #CustomerFeedback #CustomerTrust #RealReviews
