We’re excited to spotlight Mark Hatch, who joined Beehive Insurance earlier this year and brings more than 35 years of global insurance experience to The Hive.   Mark began his career in New York City, learning every aspect of how an insurance carrier operates. He later moved to London to help lead the international division of a multinational insurer, working closely with Lloyd’s of London and gaining deep insight into complex risk transfer.   For the last two decades, Mark served as President of Hatch Insurance Group, helping clients across local, national, and international markets navigate coverage, risk, and claims with clarity and confidence. Merging Hatch Insurance Group with Beehive was a meaningful milestone in his career, and we’re grateful to now have him on our team.   Mark has an incredible ability to simplify complex insurance concepts, making them accessible and actionable for clients. His diverse background—carrier, brokerage, leadership, and global operations—gives him a truly well-rounded perspective.   Outside the office, you’ll find Mark spending time with his wife, their six children, and seven grandchildren. He enjoys golf, travel, Broadway shows, and staying active (he’s also an avid Peloton rider. Look up Peloton4Golf if you want a challenge!).   Here are a few fun facts you may not know about Mark: ➡ He was a pitcher for BYU’s baseball team. ➡ He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, a skill that opened the door to his first major industry role. ➡ He’s a voracious consumer of audiobooks and podcasts, with favorites like "Man’s Search for Meaning", "How to Win Friends and Influence People", and "Can’t Hurt Me".   We’re grateful to have Mark as part of The Hive and excited for the leadership, expertise, and client-focused service he brings to our team.   #beehiveinsurance #teamspotlight #employeehighlight #insuranceprofessionals #thehive

Meet Becky Berger, one of our account managers!
