There are a few people who have had an impact on my career who I feel an incredible sense of gratitude to, admiration for, and camaraderie with in this wild world of recruiting. Beth Wolfe is one of those people. So when I had the chance to sit down with her at RecFest USA to talk about how she and Daxko explore building an authentic employer brand, I was jacked. Not literally, although my time working with Beth and the entire Daxko Nation (the people behind the technology that powers the fitness industry) sure tried with their daily fitness challenges. We literally had a functional fitness studio inside our office in Colorado with regular yoga classes before standup, trail runs before healthy catered lunches, and afternoon mediation sessions.
