Yesterday, C&S had the privilege of hosting 10th-grade students from the Institute of Technology At Syracuse Central (ITC) Electrical and Mechanical Technologies P-TECH program for an immersive learning experience in reality capture technology! These bright minds from the Syracuse City School District (SCSD) explored how cutting-edge Reality Capture tools like 3D/LiDAR scanning and digital modeling are shaping the future of engineering and design. Our Tampa teammates recently partnered with Tampa Bay Watch for an Oyster Reef Restoration Project at MacDill Air Force Base, and the results were incredible: ✅ 92 volunteers ✅ 8 tons of fossilized shell and 4 tons of recycled shell installed ✅ Helping stabilize eroding shorelines, create habitats for fish and wildlife, and improve water quality in the Tampa Bay ecosystem Special thanks to Anthony Calabrese, Matthew LaRue, PE, Kai Earle-Marion, ECMCA, Rebecca Perelli, Alex Rudick, Cassie Schwalm, Kerrick Stegmeier II, P.E., and Price T. for representing C&S and making a difference!
