🌟 Honoree Spotlight: Charlitta Hatch – Charlotte Courage & Cures Community Impact Award We are honored to recognize Charlitta Crowder Hatch, this year’s Courage & Cures Community Impact Award recipient. Charlitta lives with Crohn’s disease, and her personal journey has fueled her mission to raise awareness, create community, and ensure others facing inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) know they are not alone. In addition to her advocacy, Charlitta serves the community through her work with the City of Charlotte, where her leadership and dedication help strengthen and uplift those around her. Through both her professional and personal endeavors, Charlitta champions access to care and resources for individuals in underserved communities.
