Eugene, Manager of the Technical Planning team at our Batam facility in Indonesia, believes that career progression is all about connecting the dots. 🎯 As a graduate, Eugene began his journey as a Tooling Engineer in 2020, collaborating with cross-functional teams in manufacturing. In her current role, Megan combines her background in industrial engineering with a Master’s in Data Science to lead analytics for one of the key processes that enables cross-divisional collaboration to address roadblocks to growth for Caterpillar dealers.
