We’re thrilled to share that Jonathan Maher, CRRP, CSM has been promoted to SVP, Asset Management. In this new role, Jonathan will oversee Centennial’s owned assets and will guide strategy across leasing, marketing, and operations to ensure our destinations remain dynamic and future-focused. Jonathan joined Centennial in 2015, bringing more than a decade of experience in managing luxury regional and super-regional shopping centers across California. Over the course of his career, he has: ▪ Led major redevelopment projects ▪ Managed high-performing retail destinations ▪ Built on a foundation of retail operations and service as a Technical Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force Please join us in congratulating Jonathan on this well-earned promotion! 👏

💙Centennial’s Day of Caring 2025💙 Across the US, our Centennial teammates rolled up their sleeves to give back, volunteering at food banks, pet shelters, museums, and community centers for Centennials Day of Caring , celebrated annually on July 17th. Activities ranged from unloading donations, landscaping, and painting to serving meals, planting greenery, caring for homeless pets, and even building oyster cages to help preserve the Chesapeake Bay.
