Earlier this week, we were fortunate to have some of our outstanding MSRE and BSRE students attend ICSC's December Networking Event at The Westin Bellevue. The evening featured a panel discussion on various fun and creative ways to bring people to downtowns and shopping centers and how to create thriving partnerships between local retailers and city-based organizations such as the Downtown Seattle Association. We even had time for a photo with retail broker and Runstad Advisory Board member Monica Wallace! Thank you Alesha Shemwell, Julia Alpaio and Ava Prospero for providing this fantastic learning and networking opportunity for our students.

Closing out an outstanding week at ICSC Centerbuild — new work secured, amazing people reconnected, and yet another year proving how strong this industry really is. Client & Colleagues that we get to call friends and a committee that somehow lets me play a part. Forever grateful. ‘Til next year, that’s a wrap!
