Prior to leading her consulting firm, East West Communications, Kristin was Head of External Narrative for TikTok Shop, where she drove trust-focused communications efforts for platform sellers, shoppers and creators. She has also held senior roles within global communications firms Edelman and Ketchum; where she led PR for global brands such as eBay and Kellogg's for nearly a decade. We're very fortunate to have her as an extension of our team, welcome aboard Kristin! 🙌

We're excited to announce the facilitation of a $1.3M Term Loan through Cirrus Capital Partners to a southeastern residential and commercial painting company. 🖌️ What began as an #SBA financing quickly shifted into a non-SBA/non-bank setting given some of the recent eligibility changes within the SBA. We were able to adapt quickly and align them with $1.3M in the form of a flexible, covenant lite #termloan. Previously the business was capitalizing on an impressive growth curve through the use of #MCA debt, which is not atypical for nascent-stage, high-growth companies and particularly within the trades. While these instruments can be timely and creative when used in opportunistic instances, they really start to eat away at the bottom line if utilized numerous times. The SBA has now disallowed refinancing of MCA debt as a use of proceeds, but there's still strong interest amongst other lenders to help great companies with mature, right-sized capital products. We're always here as a thought partner!
