CPG is excited about our future growth and would like to recognize the efforts of senior leaders Dwayne Crosen, Jenn Gouffon, and Chuck Lowther. These leaders have made tremendous contributions to our execution, sales, and performance over the last year and have been promoted to Senior Vice Presidents. Dwayne E. Crosen – Senior Vice President, Construction Reporting to Al Nielsen, EVP Operations, Dwayne has doubled CPG’s White Space Fit Out and Capacity Recapture businesses in the past year through outstanding project delivery and team leadership. He’s built and trained a large, scalable team aligned with CPG’s delivery model, positioning us for national expansion across East, Central, and West regions while maintaining top-tier quality. Jennifer Gouffon – Senior Vice President, Strategic Development and Brand Marketing Jenn has been pivotal in aligning go-to-market strategies with CPG’s long-term goals. She’ll now lead strategic planning, brand positioning, marketing execution, and growth enablement to elevate our market presence and drive synergy across strategy, sales, and delivery as we scale and innovate. Chuck Lowther – Senior Vice President, Presale Engineering and Solutions Chuck has shown strategic leadership and deep technical expertise, strengthening our go-to-market capabilities and customer solutions. In his new role, he’ll lead our Presale Engineering and Solutions team nationally - driving gross profit growth, accelerating design-to-delivery, and deepening technical collaboration with clients and partners. CPG is pleased to announce the promotion of Aymen Burhan the Director of Safety at CPG. Aymen is a safety professional with more than 10 years of experience in reducing environmental, health, and safety risks in industrial, construction, and manufacturing environments. At CPG over the last 3 years, he’s had the goal of creating a scalable and sustainable safety program for data center client projects and CPG workforce development. Through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, Aymen has earned both the certified health and safety technician (CHST) and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation. As the Director of Safety, Aymen will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive safety and environmental health initiatives. This role includes creating and enforcing safety policies, conducting thorough risk assessments, and overseeing training programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.   We are confident that Aymen will excel in this new role and continue to move our safety and environmental health programs forward. Please congratulate Aymen on this well-deserved promotion and new responsibilities.

We are excited to welcome Jeff Robinson as General Counsel for CPG. Jeff comes to CPG with more than 35 years of demonstrated experience as an executive leader with skill sets across the law, technology, and cybersecurity. He has managed national programs within large-scale enterprises, overseeing teams of both contract and technical professionals in complex and high-pressure environments. He has wide-ranging experience as an attorney in developing, negotiating, and reviewing proposals and contracts in support of complex, technical organizations. Jeff is skilled in developing contract language that focuses on the technology and data center industries, generating long-term policies and establishing strategic management standards for advanced mission-critical environments.   Recently having left a Federal component within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Jeff has coordinated multifunctional teams to perform data analyses, business planning, and strategic development for institutional growth. Prior to that, he was a Manager within Accenture Federal Services in support of IT Strategy consultant for several federal agencies. And his strongest ties to the mission-critical facility field stem from over two decades of service, when he served as a senior executive, consulting director and general counsel for Total Site Solutions, Applied Technology Solutions and CS Technology. And, in an earlier life, Jeff served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, with his primary assignment at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia.   In his new role, Jeff hopes to enhance our contract administration processes and ensure rapid response to legal questions that will develop across CPG.   Please welcome Jeff Robinson to the CPG Team!
