Dilly Dilly! Our Marketing and Third Party Management teams recently came together to celebrate with a fun Pickle Fest at the office! From pickle-inspired snacks to plenty of laughs, it was a big dill. Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of our District Managers to corporate headquarters for a dynamic and collaborative learning experience that we call DM201. From strategy sessions and workshops to leadership roundtables and cross-functional collaboration, the week was packed with powerful conversations focused on growth, consistency, and building stronger teams. It was energizing to see our field leaders have “ah-ha” moments as they participated in countless training sessions and workshops and discovered new ways to drive impact at the store level.
