“This experience reminded me exactly why I’m proud to be part of an organization with such a big heart for service.” On November 8 and 9, we had employee volunteers helping out at Special Olympics Virginia’s Fall Champions event! 1,200 athletes, 800 volunteers and 200 coaches from across Virginia came together for two days of excitement and competition. As we roll right into the holiday season, it fills our hearts to see the good in our community. With 24 years of experience in lending risk management, Erik has driven stronger financial performance through focused credit risk management, enhanced credit risk culture, improved credit decision cycle times and strategic oversight of multi-billion-dollar loan portfolios at financial institutions in Boston, MA. In his new role, Erik will be overseeing the commercial credit underwriting functions at Dollar Bank to support our own continued growth, assisting senior management in Commercial Real Estate, Corporate C&I, and Business Banking Lending in evaluating acceptable risk levels and preparing competitive credit packages.
