New York Truck Voucher Incentive Program (NYTVIP) Funding Update NYTVIP is a first-come, first-served program that makes zero-emission vehicle and equipment purchases simpler and more affordable. As of January 2026, NYSERDA is no longer accepting new applications for Class 8 vehicles. The funding has been completely subscribed. Funding for Class 3-7 categories was previously completely subscribed. Should additional funding become available for Class 3-8 vehicles in the future, NYSERDA will re-open the application process and take new applications on a first-come, first-served basis. Funding for Non-Road Equipment is still available.
