Yesterday, Shane Tabor headed to Bisnow’s DFW #Industrial Summit, and connecting with Jesse Pruitt of Somervell Commercial Realty. All of the panels were strong and insightful, and these were some key takeaways: 🏭 Reshoring and Advanced #Manufacturing are redefining the DFW industrial landscape. Where big-box warehousing once dominated, more sophisticated, technology-driven manufacturing uses are steadily taking hold. 🏙️ Mid-size facilities (50K–300K SF) have seen a significant rise in new supply to meet evolving tenant needs, but this may ultimately set the stage for renewed demand in bulk (500K SF+) #developments over the next several years. 🔌 Power and utility capacity have become central considerations in site selection, especially with the growing influence of #AI integration and resource competition. Access to reliable, scalable infrastructure will be a key differentiator in the next wave of DFW industrial growth. It's always great to hear from industry leaders, connect with peers, and see how this dynamic market continues to evolve. Till next time! 👋
