"I especially enjoy the teamwork it takes in making the loans." We are so fortunate to have Donna's wealth of knowledge on our team. We provide loans, leases and related services to farmers, ranchers, rural homeowners, aquatic producers, timber harvesters, agribusinesses, and agricultural and rural utility cooperatives. FCS Financial is a member of the Farm Credit System. Established in 1916 by Congress, the System provides more than one third of the credit needed by those who live and work in rural America. With more than 100 years of agricultural lending experience, the Farm Credit System is the largest single provider of agricultural credit in the United States. Our loan officers are part of our customer's team focused on giving them the best service through customizing the right product mix for them. Our staff are committed to finding the best solutions because we are our customer's neighbors and we want to see them succeed and prosper. Here at FCS Financial, we strive to provide our customers with a loan product customized to their needs and business. As a cooperative, FCS Financial offers our member owners a variety of benefits that aren’t found at other lending institutions. We provide discounts to major retail stores and our members may receive a patronage check at the conclusion of the business year. When FCS Financial is successful, patronage allows us to share that success with our member owners. We are committed to seeing rural Missouri prosper and grow because of this commitment our staff are involved in your communities. Staff members serve on many local committees and fair boards. They also provide assistance to local 4-H and FFA groups by providing educational programs or paper goods for events.
