This transaction was made alongside 8 leading banks ING MUFG ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Societe Generale Rabobank Bpifrance Banque Populaire Val de France Caisse d'Epargne Hauts de France Groupe BPCE, with @ING Debt & Capital Advisory acting as Electra’s exclusive financial advisor. This financing, the largest in our sector in France and one of the biggest in Europe, was made possible thanks to the strength of our business and the quality of our execution.
