In just 12 months, incredible progress has been made on Trace student housing at Purdue University Fort Wayne! This 600-bed, 213,000-square-foot community is on track to welcome students next year—reshaping campus life and creating a vibrant place to live, learn, and grow. As Gregory Justice, Associate Vice Chancellor of Facilities Management at PFW, explained: “We know that for many students and their influencers, apartment-style housing is the reason they ultimately choose PFW, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to finally lead with that opportunity. Construction continues to move forward at Aer, our multifamily property in Austin. The latest drone shots capture both the site’s momentum and the incredible future views of downtown from the 7th and 8th floors.
