Earlier this month, we hosted our annual Spark Foundry "Spark Serves" x HBCU First event in partnership with The Trade Desk, celebrating five incredible years of collaboration! More than 100 HBCU students from across the country joined for a masterclass in pitching, and gained tangible feedback and real-world advice to refine their personal and professional stories. Following the event we had 22 students submit their pitch for a little competition and the four best pitches walked away with gift cards and bragging rights! We’re proud to continue this annual tradition and deepen our support for HBCU First and the next generation of industry leaders. #SparkServes

IPG Mediabrands and Perion teamed up for a heartwarming Season Without Swag Holiday Wrapping Party benefiting Women In Need, Inc. (Win). Volunteers wrapped 100 gifts to bring holiday joy to children experiencing homelessness. This collaboration showed how giving back can create meaningful impact during the holiday season. Thank you to Perion for making this event possible and to everyone who joined and helped make the event a success!

Last week we teamed up with dentsu and Paramount Advertising to bring an energizing "Alt Social" Lunch experience to life with The Neu Project and their incredible founder Rachel Lowenstein, who opened the event with a powerful presentation on creating safe spaces for neurodivergent identifying people. Attendees jumped into canvas painting that eased networking in the most creative way, sparked real connection through meaningful conversation starters, shared candid reflections on what inclusive spaces should look like in a return to office world, and explored sensory tools that made the whole experience feel more welcoming. Grateful for partners who make nueroinclusion not just a priority but something we celebrate and build into our culture and office spaces with intention and heart.
