Grateful for the opportunity to attend the Aspire Conference in Fort Lauderdale. Hearing directly from accomplished founders and entrepreneurs like Jordan Belfort, Gary Vaynerchuk, Kevin O'Leary, & Eddie Wilson was a great reminder that long-term success is built through consistency, adaptability, and strong leadership. Looking forward to applying these insights as we continue to grow and build.

Rookie of the Year goes to Hannah Taylor. Since her start, this girl has been a rockstar and as a collective both the team at Goliath, and the investment board at Tempting Ventures have been incredibly impressed with her. In less than two months, she’s already built a key-account client list that would impress even the most irascible recruiter.   Cannot wait to see what 2026 holds, and I absolutely believe she will be fighting those at the top of the leaderboard.    #TeamSav 

Top Biller award across the Tempting Ventures portfolio spanning 60+ consultants and it goes to Goliath Partners Alec Ross. It was competitive for the first 6~ months of the year but H2, this man bolstered aside everyone else and has been FLYING since. It truly isn't even close.   He has built inroads into #1 firms across the US & Asia across Trading & the AI space & thoroughly deserves this award, as well as the promotion that comes with it.    Congratulations Alec, looking forward to us building out Goliath. 

Goliath celebrated a superb year in 2025 and subsequently had an EOY to remember incl promotion announcements & it’s best awards ceremony yet during Art Basel!   Managing Director award is one that recognizes an employee’s significant impact. This can include but is not limited to; placements, team size, P&L profit & core values. We’re happy to award Savannah Holder with this years Wildcard award for her outstanding contribution in 2025. She is someone that joined us earlier this year and has quickly become one of the most senior authorities in our office through relationship development, forming her own team and placing at leading hedge funds. She embodies what it means to be a part of this venture & we continue to be impressed by her constant need to better understand her market & the drivers of those she works with. Congrats Savannah!
