🎓 The 2025 Harbor Group Management Company Internship Program has officially wrapped! Over the past 10 weeks, our interns immersed themselves in hands-on learning experiences across multiple departments, including Property Management, IT, Risk Management, and Legal. The program culminated in a capstone presentation: a Mock Acquisition Deal Pitch, where each team evaluated a multifamily investment opportunity from start to finish. Working alongside Harbor Group International interns and collaborating with teams across Transactions, Property Management, Asset Management, and Investor Relations, they analyzed market data, built underwriting models, and evaluated projected returns, gaining a comprehensive view of the real estate investment process. We’re incredibly proud of the insight, dedication, and professionalism these future leaders brought to every aspect of the program. Thank you for spending your summer with us.
