Helping Hands provides HOPE and CARE to individuals experiencing homelessness. Our programs are Trauma-Informed, Data-Driven, and Person-Centered; we build collaborative partnerships with local programs and foster connections between participants and our community partners. The Assistant Facility Director supports the management of Bybee Lakes Hope Center by ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, staff, and volunteers. Key responsibilities include handling participant grievances, crisis management, maintaining facility operations including coordinating with law enforcement and building community resources. 24/7/365 environment; evenings, holidays and weekends required. Thank you so much to Environmental Business Solutions for coming out today to Bybee Lakes Hope Center at the Jordan Schnitzer Campus to clean the storm drains in our parking lot. When leaves and dirt and other debris build up in those drains, then we risk flooding in our parking lot. Dear Friends and Supporters,    As of April 25th, Helping Hands Reentry Outreach Centers is transitioning leadership. Mike Davis is no longer serving as the Chief Executive Officer. I am writing to inform you of an important leadership change at Helping Hands Reentry Outreach Centers. We are deeply grateful to Mike Davis for his service and contributions to our organization and wish him every success in his future endeavors.    Our founder Alan Evans has stepped into the role of interim CEO while we begin the process of identifying Helping Hands’ next leader. Alan brings invaluable experience and a steady hand to guide the organization during this transition period. We are also grateful to have Tonja Hodgkinson, our CFO and Deputy Director, as well as COO Joshua Blomquist, continue to play a critical leadership role.    We are fully committed to maintaining the highest level of service and integrity, providing hope and care to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Oregon. We are excited for the next phase of the journey of the organization and to the opportunity to serve thousands more.
