Exciting news from Phoenix! We've teamed up with MAR-GULF MANAGEMENT CO INC and MDI Capital, LLC to break ground on Union Park Residences, a thoughtfully designed 308-unit multifamily community in Phoenix’s Norterra master-planned development. Scheduled for delivery in Q4 2027, this project will include studios, one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 600 to 1,400 square feet. Units will feature high-end finishes while community amenities will include a pool, spa, fitness center with a sauna and cold plunge, spacious coworking area, pet spa, dog run, club room, and game lounge. Hillcrest is officially underway! Alongside our partners Third & Urban, we recently broke ground on Hillcrest, an 8.1-acre mixed-use community in the heart of Sandy Springs, Georgia. The development will feature 362 premium apartment units, 30 luxury for-rent townhomes, and over 19,000 square feet of vibrant retail space seamlessly integrated with a central greenspace plaza. All portions of the project are expected to be delivered by the end of 2027. It's taken a great team effort to get to this point.
