Meet Renee St. Hilaire (left) and Hannah Toney (right), the leaders of our Chesapeake branch. 👋 Renee, the General Manager of Emergency Services, oversees 51 providers, while Hannah, the General Manager of Non-Emergency Services, leads a team of 28 providers. Together, they are committed to serving the Tidewater community with compassion and excellence. Both leaders have ambitious goals for the future of Chesapeake. Hannah aims to create an environment where her team feels valued and united, driven by our mission to provide kindness, compassion, and accountability to ensure safe and comfortable journeys for every patient. Renee is focused on enhancing the consistency of staffing, communication, and operations to build a strong foundation that supports our crews and patients while promoting long-term growth. With a diverse background in healthcare, Hannah understands that Hospital to Home is unique because it was designed to address genuine gaps in patient care. Here, leadership is hands-on; from General Managers to our CEO, anyone is willing to step in and run calls when needed. Renee believes that leadership involves guiding others with strength, fairness, and compassion. She is working to redefine what it means to lead by using her position to uplift others and create opportunities for advancement in this field. Renee and Hannah are just two of many leaders at Hospital to Home who work diligently every day to provide exceptional care while also supporting their teams, ensuring they feel valued, and taking pride in the impact they make. Two weeks ago, we had the opportunity to attend the 10th annual ChamberRVA and Junior Achievement of Central Va's Mission Tomorrow career exploration event for 8th-grade students in the Richmond area. 🎉 The fair connects around 12,000 students with 100+ local businesses, giving them hands-on experiences and insights into high-demand careers as they start thinking about their futures. We were thrilled to take part for the first time and bring our vehicles along so students could see what it's like to work in the back of an ambulance or drive a QRV. 🚑💪 A huge thank you to the organizers for having us. We loved meeting the students and hope to be back next year!
