We are so grateful for the opportunity to help bring the Canton Medical Office Building to life alongside our colleagues at hrd group and all project partners! #HusseyGayBell #DesignExcellence #HealthcareDesign
Rising six stories, the Canton Medical Office Building is a 150,000-square-foot facility that makes a striking statement in the heart of Canton, Georgia. Designed to meet the demands of a rapidly growing healthcare market, this building is both a sophisticated medical destination and a landmark within the NSH Cherokee Campus. The verticality of the structure is emphasized by a rhythm of tall windows and a distinctive glass tower that anchors the main entry. The façade combines masonry, precast, and curtain wall glazing to create a composition that is modern, yet enduring. Subtle shifts in material color and texture add visual interest while breaking down the massing of the building. Our team had a fantastic time connecting and learning at the GRPA Annual Conference & Trade Show on Jekyll Island earlier this month! From engaging sessions to meaningful conversations with recreation professionals across Georgia, it was a great reminder of the value in stepping away from the office and immersing ourselves in the communities we support. Big thanks to everyone who made it an inspiring few days! #HusseyGayBell #CommunityEngagement #GRPA2025 #ProfessionalDevelopment

Our Director of Marketing & Business Development, Stephanie Dammen-Morrell, had a great time supporting the Bryan County Chamber’s 5th Annual Clay Shoot last week at 17 South Rod & Gun Club. We’re big believers that building relationships happens both in and out of the office, and events like this are a great reminder of the value of connection, collaboration, and community. Special thanks to all the sponsors who made this event possible and to the Chamber team for hosting such a great day out on the course (and the pond). #BryanCountyChamber #CommunityConnections #HusseyGayBell

Across our Columbia and Charleston offices, leaders like Travis Basnett, PE are helping us think differently about how we show up in the markets we serve. In his #ExpertPerspective interview, Principal & Managing Director of COLA and CHA offices, Travis shares how Hussey Gay Bell can strengthen its role in shaping the industrial landscape in Columbia and beyond: “I think the most impactful thing we can do as a company is to deepen our understanding of the local landscape. That means expanding our efforts and becoming more actively engaged in regional initiatives. Visibility is key — you must be present to be considered. It starts with showing up. Consistent follow-up, making introductions and getting more of our team visible in the room – that’s how we expand influence. There's a real opportunity in empowering our people to represent us, introducing one another, making connections, and collectively building relationships. The more integrated we are, the greater our influence will be.” #ExpertPerspective #IndustrialDevelopment #ColumbiaSC #MarketLeadership #RelationshipDriven #HusseyGayBell
